This is a customized  CF tube.
  • Carbon fiber tow 12K / 24K normal grade (and special grade upon request)
  • Hundreds of high precision chromium-plated steel mandrels collection from 8 to 1000mm diameter long up to 5.8 meters
  • Regular epoxy resin (Tg 80 °C ~120°C)

  • We offer wide range of filament wound tubes:

    • Inner diameter from 8 to 1000 mm
    • Wall thickness from 1 to 50 mm
    • Centerless sanded / grinded surface
    • Max length 5800mm 

  • Filament winding angle from 5 to 85 degrees (to the axis of tube), When not specified we use cross-winding at 15 degrees (for bending load), or 45 degrees (for torsion load)

  • Tolerance ID: ±0.1mm， OD: ±0.2mm
  • HIGH QUALITY, LIGHTWEIGHT & HIGH STRENGTH: ARRIS carbon fiber round tube boasts incredible strength, surpassing that of both aluminum alloy and steel tubes, while maintaining a significantly lower weight. With impressive resistance to corrosion, water, heat, and fatigue, this carbon tube is also a reliable alternative to metal tubes

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
